The export volume was 43,862 units, increasing by 15.4% year-on-year. From January to October 2025, a total of 1,220,656 forklifts were sold, representing a year-on-year growth of 14.2%. Among them, domestic sales reached 767,763 units, It increased by 13.4% year-on-year.The export volume was 452,893 units, It increased by 15.5% year-on-year.China's forklift market is expected to sell over 1.28 million units in 2024, maintaining the top position globally for 16 consecutive years. Electric forklifts are experiencing rapid growth, with the East China region contributing nearly half of the sales.

According to data from the China Construction Machinery Association, the sales volume of forklifts in China reached over 1,285,000 units in 2024, an increase of 9.52% compared to last year. Since 2009, it has remained the world's largest producer and consumer of forklifts for 16 consecutive years.

In terms of exports, China exported a total of 480,514 forklifts last year, an increase of 18.53% year-on-year. The products were sold to 193 countries and regions across five continents around the world. Among them, electric forklifts sold the most, with 378,690 units, a year-on-year increase of 25.54%, accounting for 78.81% of the total export volume, an increase of 4.41 percentage points compared with last year.Diesel forklifts (including container forklifts) were sold at 101,824 units, a year-on-year decrease of 1.87%.

Looking at the global forklift market, electric forklifts have become an irreversible trend. Data shows that in 2024, the electrification rate of forklifts in China has reached 73.6%, and the global electrification rate has also reached 74.5%. Lithium battery forklifts, as a core advantage for domestic enterprises to participate in international competition, are gaining increasing favor from both domestic and foreign customers.
